Refund Policy
Just Pickle strives to provide our customers with high-quality pickleball equipment and apparel. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and allow a 30 day return from the date of your order to receive a store credit, refund, or exchange. Product needs to be returned in the same packaging and same condition as it was received. A return fee may apply.
- Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange
- Product must be new condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Just Pickle.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange @ hello@justpickleco.com.
Exchanges can be made for products of equal or lesser value, or for a product with a higher value with payment of the difference.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Used items
